Ombre Ink Technique

I am so excited to share this. Isn't the ombre look soooooo cute?!?!? Just imagine the things you could do.  What I recommend to make this technique work is:
1) You need a somewhat solid image or text
2) 3 Colours minimum that are in the same colour family going from light medium then dark. Or you could do a reverse ombre and go the other way! like I did on the cake.
3) Huff and Puff! (It's actually a good thing when inking with markers :) Just to make sure the ink is still wet when stamping.

For those who notice the new intro slide to the video that is thanks to Final Cut Pro on my Mac. The colour of the ink and the font will change from time to time :) depending on the season. I have someone creating a custom jingle for me so that will be debuting soon - How awesome!

Oh and I tried the birthday cake again.... still not sure if I love it.... but its cute.
