Crafty Tuesdays! Part 2 - Happy Birthday Mom!

My Mom's birthday is in May and today i've been home with sciatic nerve pain- yup its just one thing after another. But that does give me time to try to relax it and craft at a desk. So Crafty Tuesday this week has been doubled!
Mom's turning 50 SHHHHH!

Hopefully she doesn't read my blog religiously :P If you're reading this mom- don't look!

The paper is from the Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit. Let's just say the next few cards will be from that kit! I do not want to waste any of it which is why this is the same paper as the first card! it's just so cute. Anywho! The MOM cardboard stickers are from Thickers and are Gold. The Happy Birthday is from the Birthday Balloons stamp set by Simon.  I also used some sequins from Lawn Fawn. The Pink "ribbon" is paper from the card kit and I wrote on white stitching with a white gel pen :)
Other supplies: My Mind's Eye "Charmed" Glittery Enamel Dots, Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock, striped Designer Paper from Simples Stories "DIY", versa fine black onyx ink.

I have entered this card at Simon Say's Stamp Blog for their Wednesday Challenge. Fingers Crossed. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog

Hope you like the design, its young and fun just like my mom's spirit.
